PRODUCTS

We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, images, colours and sizing information are as accurate as possible.

All products are subject to availability. As some of our pieces may be produced in limited quantities, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an appropriate alternative or refund.

PRICING

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices may change from time to time without notice. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time your purchase is completed.

Any applicable shipping costs will be shown at checkout before payment is made.

ORDERS

Please check your order, sizing, delivery address and contact information carefully before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made, particularly once your order has been packed or dispatched.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there has been an error in pricing, stock availability, payment processing or other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order. If payment has already been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

SHIPPING

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on your location, Australia Post or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping or tracking information where applicable.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order.

LOCAL PICKUP

Where local pickup is available, this option will be displayed at checkout.

We will contact you when your order is ready for collection. Please wait until you have received confirmation before arriving to collect your order.

Collection details will be provided with your pickup notification.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible change-of-mind returns requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Please refer to our Refunds & Exchanges Policy for full information regarding eligibility, return postage, faulty products and how to request an exchange or return.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order details and, where possible, photographs of the issue.

We will work with you to provide an appropriate solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we will always do our best to assist with your order, delivery times may be affected by postal delays, weather, peak periods and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you experience an issue with the delivery of your order, please contact us and we will assist wherever possible.
